NUTRIKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NutriKing website and the purchase of our meal prep products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We operate as a UK-based meal prep company providing fresh meals delivered to customers.
2. Ordering
Orders must be placed through our website.
You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct.
Once an order is submitted, changes may not be possible due to preparation schedules.
All orders are subject to availability.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store or access your full card details.
Orders are not prepared or delivered until payment is completed.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery Fees:
£3 for deliveries within the Cumbernauld area.
£5 for deliveries within a 5-mile radius of Cumbernauld.
Available Options:
Friday Delivery: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday Collection: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Saturday Collection: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Additional Information:
All collections are made from 7 Glencryan Rd, Cumbernauld, G67 2UH.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or operational conditions.
If you are not available at the delivery address, your order may be left in a safe place where suitable.
NutriKing is not responsible for meals that spoil if left unrefrigerated after delivery.
If you want a stricter “no safe place” rule, I can add it.
5. Food Safety and Storage
Meals must be refrigerated immediately after delivery or collection.
Meals should be consumed before the use-by date printed on the packaging.
Heating instructions must be followed carefully.
You are responsible for safe storage after receiving your meals.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy and others.
We cannot guarantee meals are free from cross-contamination.
You must check ingredients before ordering.
NutriKing is not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because our meals are perishable:
We do not accept returns.
Refunds may be considered only if:
The order arrives damaged,
The wrong items are delivered,
We fail to deliver due to our own error.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection to
team@nutriking-mealprep.co.uk, including photos if applicable.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the weekly cut-off time.
After this point, ingredients are purchased and meals are prepared, so cancellations may not be possible.
Subscription plans (if applicable) can be paused or cancelled according to their specific terms.
9. Prices
All prices are shown in GBP.
We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
10. Website Use
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes.
You must not interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the website.
11. Liability
NutriKing is not liable for:
Improper storage or heating of meals,
Allergic reactions unless caused by proven negligence,
Missed deliveries due to incorrect customer information,
Spoilage caused by delays in collection or receipt.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
12. Personal Data
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed.
Any updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
